FULL BODY
Strength training

This class consists of full body workouts, covering all the bases. Although strength is included in the name, this class is geared towards general physical preparedness as well, or also known as (GPP), we strive to utilize time by cutting out the "junk volume" and picking exercises that will give you the best bang for your buck for the adaptations we are trying to achieve -- whether it be traditional strength, tempo work, isometrics, plyometrics, ballistic and hypertrophy work.

This class can be utilized by athletes looking to build upon general qualities that make bigger stronger and better athletes, and also the average man or woman looking to be an all around stronger and more robust human being. Even if your just looking to change your body composition to get that toned, lean look, this is the class for you!

TOTAL BODY conditioning

This class is about getting the heart rate up and getting some great cardiovascular adaptations in a fun way. This is the one class where novelty exercises will be programmed more than the others. It can get pretty boring running or riding a bike all the time for cardio work, so we program a blend of full body exercises to get the job done with a nice change of pace. Although cardio is the basis for this class, muscle building exercises are included so you will get the best of both worlds. This is the perfect complimentary class with all of the other classes we offer, or even to your current routine outside of the gym.

SAVAGE HEAVY WEDNESDAYS

This class is just like it sounds and it's our most popular class for a reason. It will bring out your inner savage and show you what you're truly capable of. Like every human should experience, it consists of higher intensities (higher weights), lower reps and longer rest periods for recovery.  Don't get it twisted -- we do not throw technique out the window. This class is about pushing you to see what you're truly capable of in a safe manner. It's not about being dumb, proper load management is important and that's what we as trainers are here for. Our goal with this class is to get people to let go of the fear of lifting weights, once you let that fear go, the sky is the limit!

HYBRID TRAINIng

Hybrid Training is the ultimate fusion of full-body strength and conditioning — combining the muscle-building focus of strength work with the heart-pumping intensity of cardio. This class is designed to deliver maximum results by blending functional movements, resistance training, and conditioning circuits into one balanced, efficient workout.

Expect a mix of compound lifts, tempo and isometric exercises, and explosive movements, paired with creative, full-body conditioning sequences to elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance. You'll build strength, burn calories, and improve your overall athleticism in every session.

Whether you're training for performance, looking to enhance body composition, or just want to feel strong and energized, Hybrid Training hits every mark. It's a powerful complement to any fitness routine — and a perfect choice for those who want it all.

Muay Thai

Discover the power and precision of Muay Thai in this fast-paced, full-body striking class. Known for its emphasis on punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, Muay Thai delivers a unique blend of technique and athleticism that pushes both your mind and body.

You'll partner up for pad work, clinch drills, and striking combinations, all led by experienced instructors who focus on proper form, flow, and conditioning. Each class is designed to sharpen your technique while building strength, coordination, and endurance.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining your skills, this class provides the perfect environment to level up your striking game and overall fitness.

full body stretch

This class is the class you want if you're looking to give yoga a try, or if you're already a self proclaimed yogi. We brought in an amazing outside experienced yoga instructor of 20 years for this class. Breathing methods, flexibility, and isometric strength exercises are all utilized. These adaptations compliment our other classes perfectly and we recommend this class to everyone. Lets be honest, we can all use a little yoga can't we?

Chipper

Our Chipper class is a high-intensity workout built around long-format challenges that test your stamina, resilience, and focus. In this class, you'll “chip away” at a list of exercises — often high-rep, full-body movements — working through them one by one until the entire list is complete.

Each session combines strength, conditioning, and functional training to push your limits and build lasting endurance. The structure encourages steady effort and smart pacing while challenging both your body and mind.

Perfect for anyone who enjoys a tough, goal-driven workout, Chipper helps improve work capacity, mental toughness, and overall fitness — all in a fun, community atmosphere.
