15 Minute Conditioning Session

These sessions are geared towards people with very little free time, but who still want to gain some of the cardiovascular health benefits that will help them live longer, more productive lives!These sessions are all business and no fluff, the mission is too get the most out of the little time we have!The short session leaves you with very little excuse not to find the time, and I'll be there holding you accountable every workout!

30 Minute Session

$50

These are our most popular choice! These sessions are geared towards building strength, muscle, joint integrity, and conditioning. Depending on the clients specific goals, the trainer will decide on how to properly program whichever adaptations and in what order is most optimal to bias the goals you want to achieve! Again, we cut out the fluff, (or junk volume) meaning we don't spend useless time doing exercises that might look cool, but offer no real benefit.

45 Minute Session

$75

These sessions are geared towards people who may want to focus a little more on conditioning, or maybe some stretching, on top of their strength training routine. This way we can still do a full 25-30 minute strength/ muscle building session, while adding in another 15-20 minutes of conditioning on top of that!
Remember, strength training can reduce mortality risk up to 20%!, adding in conditioning work can double that percentage up to 40%! The more conditioned you are, the better you recover from strength training as well, this has a synergistic effect!

60 Minute Session

These sessions are geared towards people who wanna really maximize their results! We can do a full body strength/ muscle building session, with even more time for conditioning or any other goals to really push your overall capacity! If you only have the time to train once or twice a week, let's get the most out of those workouts that we can!
